We focus on enabling marginalized and weaker sections of rural society to participate in rural development by building their capacities and improving their skills and knowledge.

Internship Opportunities
1. Project Management Intern
Responsibilities: Assist in planning, implementing, and evaluating projects related to climate change and community development. Support project documentation and reporting.
Qualifications: Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a relevant degree program. Strong organizational and communication skills.
2. Community Outreach Intern
Responsibilities: Support outreach strategies to engage with rural communities. Assist in organizing workshops and training sessions. Gather and analyze community feedback.
Qualifications: Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a social work, Agriculture or related program. Excellent interpersonal skills.
3. Fundraising Intern
Responsibilities: Assist in developing and executing fundraising campaigns. Support donor communication and relationship management. Help prepare grant proposals.
Qualifications: Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a marketing, communications, or related program. Strong writing and research skills.
4. Education Program Intern
Responsibilities: Support the coordination of educational programs and activities. Help develop curriculum and training materials. Assist in monitoring and evaluating program outcomes.
